Requirements
  • Two to five years of relevant experience.
  • Expert knowledge of common native mobile application technologies relating to iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.
  • Hands-on experience with Core Java and the Android Software Development Kit.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and application programming interfaces.
  • Experience with embedded relational databases, including SQLite.
  • A solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • At least one or two functioning applications published in the Android marketplace.
  • Knowledge of PHP, Java, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XAML, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, AJAX, and Representational State Transfer.
  • Ability to learn and use new programming concepts, tools, and methodologies to support business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
  • Fix bugs and improve and optimize application performance.
  • Effectively communicate technical issues and solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with multiple mobile platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of agile development teams is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills with consistent attention to detail.
