  • At least 5 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, video editing, or multimedia production within an agency, in-house agency, production studio, or enterprise marketing environment.
  • An exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, storytelling, and video editing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder.
  • Experience creating content for digital, social, sponsorship, experiential, environmental, and enterprise communication channels.
  • Strong understanding of storyboarding, visual communication, pacing, typography, composition, and cinematic storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative development of animation, motion graphics, and video content supporting brand, business, and customer objectives.
  • Create visual narratives that simplify complex concepts and strengthen audience engagement.
  • Work with the Associate Creative Director to develop storyboards, animatics, motion systems, and video treatments aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Translate creative concepts into polished motion experiences optimized for multiple channels and audiences.
  • Serve as the in-house editor for enterprise video content, including in-branch digital customer network campaigns, sponsorship activations, social media, and internal executive video requests.
  • Direct post-production workflows, including editing, color correction, sound design, animation integration, and final delivery.
  • Ensure video assets meet quality, accessibility, compliance, brand, and technical standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative quality and attention to detail.
  • Ensure motion and video work reflects brand standards, visual identity, and customer experience principles.
  • Evolve and modernize motion language, animation standards, and video storytelling approaches across channels.
  • Establish scalable motion design systems and reusable assets that improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Identify emerging trends in animation, video, and digital storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, writers, designers, marketers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner on enterprise initiatives requiring multimedia storytelling, executive presentations, experiential content, environmental media, sponsorship activations, and digital experiences.
  • Translate customer insights and business objectives into visual communication solutions.
  • Advance AI-enabled creative capabilities across motion design and video production workflows.
  • Use Adobe Firefly, Premiere Pro AI tools, After Effects AI features, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and creative exploration.
  • Establish best practices balancing innovation with brand governance, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
  • Explore approaches in animation, virtual production, generative media, automated captioning, asset creation, and post-production optimization.
  • Manage projects from concept through final production and distribution with the Associate Creative Director.
  • Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, templates, and motion systems.
  • Contribute to improved workflows, production processes, and creative standards across Creative Services.
  • Balance creative excellence with timelines, budgets, stakeholder expectations, and operational priorities.
  • Organize, conceptualize, create, and design complex creative marketing materials for lines of business while adhering to corporate brand guidelines.
  • Apply advanced creative skills and judgment to present ideas, words, and visualizations aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Support project teams in presenting creative ideas.
  • Build graphic design ideas from concept and design through execution to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, marketing specialists, proofreaders, and other internal partners on complex marketing materials.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations that represent the work clearly and support understanding and influence.
  • Maintain proficiency in relevant technologies and software applications.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced designers and provide guidance.

CTO Realty Growth closes $1B unsecured credit facility, extends debt maturities to 2029

CTO Realty Growth has closed a $1.0 billion unsecured credit facility, extending its debt maturity profile and increasing total commitments by $250 million. The Winter Park, Florida-based owner and operator of open-air shopping centres will use proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings under its previous $300 million revolving credit facility and two term loans. The new facility comprises a $400 million revolving credit facility due September 2030 and four term loans ranging from $150 million each, maturing between September 2029 and March 2032. The refinancing increases the company's weighted average debt maturity to 4.3 years from 1.6 years. Initial fixed interest rates on the term loans range from 3.4% to 5.3%, based on applied SOFR swaps. The facility was provided by a syndicate led by KeyBank National Association.

Stepan secures $500M five-year credit facility, up from $450M

Stepan Company has secured a new $500 million five-year credit agreement, replacing its previous $450 million facility and boosting liquidity by $50 million. The specialty chemicals maker announced the deal on 25 September 2026. The new package comprises a $350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility and a $150 million delayed draw term loan, both maturing in September 2031. An expansion option allows Stepan to increase total capacity to $750 million if needed. Interest rates are tied to the company's net leverage ratio, with spreads ranging from 1.125% to 1.625% above benchmark rates. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent, with Bank of America as syndication agent. The agreement includes standard financial covenants and will finance working capital, acquisitions, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.

Paylocity expands revolving credit facility to $1.75B with PNC Bank

Paylocity has entered into an amended and restated revolving credit agreement establishing a $1.75 billion senior secured facility with PNC Bank and other lenders, replacing a prior 2019 agreement. The facility matures on 17 September 2031 and had $81.25 million outstanding on the effective date. The agreement allows Paylocity to request up to $875 million in additional revolving commitments and up to two one-year maturity extensions, subject to lender approval. Proceeds may be used for working capital, capital expenditures, general corporate purposes, permitted acquisitions, investments, distributions, and share repurchases. The facility is guaranteed by material subsidiaries and secured by substantially all assets of Paylocity and the guarantors. Financial covenants require a maximum net total leverage ratio of 4.0x and a minimum interest coverage ratio of 2.0x.

Limbach Holdings secures $300M credit facility with PNC Bank, replacing Wintrust agreement

Limbach Holdings announced on 9 September 2026 that its subsidiary, Limbach Facility Services, secured a $300 million credit facility with PNC Bank. The agreement replaces a previous $125 million revolving credit facility with Wheaton Bank & Trust Company. The new facility comprises a $200 million revolving credit facility, a $50 million term loan, and a $50 million delayed draw term loan. It matures on 9 September 2031. Limbach used proceeds from the PNC facility to repay approximately $118.1 million of principal from the terminated Wintrust Credit Agreement. The company may request additional commitments up to $150 million or 100% of consolidated EBITDA, subject to conditions. No early termination penalties or prepayment fees were incurred.
