Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to UK Lending and cash flow product operations
  • Maintain oversight of Square's obligations under the Senior Management & Certification Regime
  • Supervise operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with partners and regulators
  • Identify risks affecting UK Lending business and take mitigating steps
  • Develop and execute financial services strategy and growth in the UK
  • Forecast growth and deliver results for the UK Lending market
  • Ensure high standards of behavior and ethics in the organization
