  • Transform big-picture ideas into actionable, high-impact strategies that set Grove apart in the competitive social landscape.
  • Define and track KPIs for each channel, analyze content performance to identify successes and improvement areas, and integrate learnings into broader strategies.
  • Lead the creation of video-first content, particularly for TikTok, balancing Grove’s editorial priorities with playful, experimental approaches.
  • Build and execute content calendars that prioritize swift idea generation and agile execution to capture timely trends and maximize impact.
  • Partner with influencers, creators, and UGC contributors to explore new formats and styles, driving engagement and optimizing content performance.
