At least 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in commercial and/or industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, principles, and regulations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC systems using diagnostic tools.
Knowledge of refrigerants and environmental regulations.
A valid U.S. driver's license with at least 3 years of experience; approval and final decision are subject to the automobile insurance carrier's criteria.
Ability to work in environments with frequent exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dust, fumes, noise, and other environmental conditions.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb and work from ladders up to 36 feet or higher.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Responsibilities

With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to add a HVAC Technician to our dynamic team at Newark Liberty International Airport.
Scope of Work: The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in a commercial Facility setting, in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications
Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (Based on Experience), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k
Available Shifts: 2:00pm – 10:30pm, 10:30pm - 6:30am. Days off to be Determined
