The Implementation Manager
We’re building out a small team of extremely competent customer success professionals to accelerate world-class adoption of our product for our customers. This role is at the front-lines of our existing business pipeline, and is one of our largest drivers of growth. You will travel around the country, going onsite with key customers, and ensure that they are setup for success.
Success in this role is critical for driving one of our most important metrics, Net Revenue Retention, and serves as the perfect on-ramp for Customer Success or Account Management.
The main responsibilities include:
Ensuring strong adoption in the first 90 days of the customer lifecycle.
Helping customers drive the implementation with their company.
Leading discussions with managers and sales reps onsite.
Training managers, directors, VPs, GMs, and business owners.
Building relationships with key stakeholders.
Documenting success stories.
And sometimes, running these sessions over Zoom.
Essentially, you get to travel the country, empower business leaders to supercharge their growth, and get paid to do so.
