About the Company

SEEK

Online employment marketplace for job seekers

SEEK operates an online employment marketplace in Australia, connecting job seekers with potential employers. Its platform hosts job listings that job seekers can search and apply to, while employers post openings to reach a broad audience. Over time SEEK expanded beyond job ads to include education and training opportunities, offering a broader set of services on one digital platform. Unlike some competitors, SEEK started as an early online alternative to print job ads, grew into a publicly traded company, and now combines job listings with education-related offerings to create a full talent-sourcing ecosystem. The company’s goal is to help people find work and training opportunities efficiently by digitizing and simplifying the process of connecting job seekers with employers and learning options.
