About the job
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- A valid driver's license for the applicable state is required.
- A commercial driver's license is required when driving vehicles larger than 15 passengers.
- Applicants must have no moving violations on their driving record.
- Ability to work in a standard office environment, including prolonged sitting, computer use, and occasional standing and walking.
- Ability to use hands and fingers for keyboarding, typing, mouse or trackpad operation, writing, and office equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items occasionally.
- Ability to lift or move 10–25 pounds as needed.
- Ability to read computer screens and printed materials, maintain close visual focus, and differentiate colors when required.
- Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings and use a phone or headset.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
- Drive the van to and from the airport according to scheduled van runs and as needed for guests.
- Accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Assist guests with luggage.
