Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field, ideally in sales, account management, sales strategy, sales management, business operations and/or advertising industry
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets required
  • Must be comfortable working with large datasets
  • Strong communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, technology departments and executive leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop and implement new strategies

Responsibilities
  • You will develop and implement Commercial processes for sales teams, specialists, and other representatives by researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts and creating and managing tools and reports to increase sales process efficiency
  • You will provide accurate, timely, and actionable reporting and business metrics to leadership, highlighting key insights into spend trends with meaningful and actionable insights
  • You will provide valuable user insights to make incremental enhancements on existing products and analytical tools, closing the gap between commercial requirements and the technical teams
  • You will build strong relationships and collaborate with business leaders to become a trusted partner who highlights risks, spots opportunities, and builds simulations and sensitivity analyses
