Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales representative.
  • Experience selling service offerings in the B2B segment is required.
  • Ability to organize working time and manage the sales process from lead generation through contract signing and subsequent customer satisfaction care.
  • Preference for field work and customer contact.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
  • Sales skills and negotiation ability.
  • Understanding the difference between selling products and services.
  • Knowledge of the territory and its customers.
  • English language knowledge is an advantage.
  • Motivation by success and earnings.
  • Openness to change and willingness to learn new things and techniques.
  • Responsibility and honesty.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of B2B customers and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Actively identify and acquire new customers to work with CWS Hygiene Czech Republic.
  • Propose tailored hygiene service offerings for commercial buildings, retail spaces, restaurants, production facilities, and other commercial operations.
  • Build awareness and actively sell CWS Hygiene products and environmentally friendly ESG hygiene solutions, with emphasis on minimizing carbon footprint.
  • Prepare and process price quotations and administer sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Hold regular customer meetings and present products and service offerings.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments across the company.
  • Meet established annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
  • Participate in meetings and provide regular reports as requested by the direct supervisor or company management.
