Requirements
Knowledge and experience with Ford E Series, Ford Transit, and Dodge Caravans.
Must have own tools.
Must have a driver's license.
A minimum of five years of documented mechanic experience on light, medium, and heavy equipment is required.
Must have a satisfactory driving history or clean driving record.
Must pass a background check.
Must pass a drug test.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends; some holidays may be required.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair the vehicle fleet, including general and preventative maintenance.
Perform repairs involving brakes, drivability, emissions, steering, and suspension.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and solve related problems.
Remove and replace transmissions.
Tear down, remove, or replace engines when necessary.
Inspect vehicles and identify signs of wear and parts that require service or replacement.
Repair vehicles or schedule necessary repairs with the Fleet Manager.
Log all repairs and service in the work order system.
Maintain shop cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
Collaborate with the Fleet Manager and Operations Managers to ensure safe transportation for patients and drivers.
Desired Qualifications
ASE certification is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Diagnoses and repairs on our fleet of vehicles including but not limited to:
General and preventative maintenance
Brakes, drivability, emissions, steering and suspension.
Electrical troubleshooting and problem solving.
Transmission removal and replacement.
Engine tear town and/or removal and replacement when necessary.
Inspecting vehicles and identifying signs of wear and parts that require service or replacement.
Repair or schedule necessary repairs with the Fleet Manager.
Log all repairs/ service in our work order system.
Maintain shop cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
Work collaboratively with our Fleet Manager as well as our Operation Managers to ensure safe transportation for our patients as well as our drivers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
