ELEKS acquires majority stake in ADM Interactive, strengthening estonia-ukraine digital cooperation.

ELEKS acquires majority stake in ADM Interactive, strengthening estonia-ukraine digital cooperation. International IT company ELEKS, founded in Ukraine and headquartered in Estonia, has acquired a majority stake in Estonian software and digital services company ADM Interactive. The acquisition strengthens capabilities for developing public sector digital solutions across Europe and emerging markets. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value or other financial terms. Tallinn, 7 October 2026 - According to the parties, the transaction represents an investment aimed at expanding the team and strengthening digital capabilities in Estonia. Following the acquisition, ADM Interactive's active shareholders and existing management team will continue to lead the company, and plans are in place to expand its Estonian workforce. With this transaction, ELEKS gains local leadership and a stronger team in Estonia. Together, the companies will focus on growing capabilities in public-sector digital transformation, including secure and resilient digital public services and other areas of strategic importance. According to Minister of Economic Affairs and Industry Liina Vahtras, international cooperation between companies helps bring Estonia's digital expertise and experience to a global audience. Both countries have knowledge and experience that they can share with one another. Estonia has world-class digital public services, while Ukraine has gained unique experience in ensuring the continuity of those services under the conditions of a full-scale war. For Estonia, the value of this transaction lies in combining this expertise to create something truly unique and in helping bring that competence to European markets. Liina Vahtras Minister of Economic Affairs and Industry Estonia is a global benchmark for a digital society, which is why ELEKS is headquartered in Tallinn. By partnering with ADM, ELEKS is fusing Estonia's unparalleled public sector expertise with the scale and resilience of Ukrainian engineering excellence to deliver next-generation solutions for public sector and commercial clients across Europe. Andriy Krupa CEO of ELEKS The growth of ELEKS' operations in Estonia and the expansion of the company's public sector practice across Europe and emerging markets will be led by Riho Pihelpuu, Country Manager of ELEKS Estonia and CEO of ADM Interactive. ADM's clients will continue to be served by the same team, now supported by the knowledge and experience of more than 2,000 ELEKS specialists worldwide. For nearly 30 years, ELEKS has been building digital services for a small country. It has been an exceptional testing ground where solutions are developed quickly and tested under public scrutiny. At times, however, ELEKS lacked the scale and, for certain projects, the specialised technical expertise needed to take the next step. With ELEKS, those limitations disappear. ELEKS gain deep expertise in areas such as data science and artificial intelligence, while the same team can now compete for tenders and deliver projects that were previously beyond its reach. Riho Pihelpuu Country Manager of ELEKS Estonia and CEO of ADM Interactive The companies' cooperation builds on the broader framework of long-standing cooperation between Estonia and Ukraine, supported by governments, embassies and development cooperation organisations in both countries. ADM and ELEKS have previously worked together on public sector projects in Ukraine and in emerging markets. ELEKS is grateful to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs, ESTDEV, and the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency for their contribution. Their visits, programmes and initiatives have helped build the partnerships that ultimately led to this transaction. Riho Pihelpuu Country Manager of ELEKS Estonia and CEO of ADM Interactive Ukraine has a strong technology sector, highly skilled people, and unique experience of maintaining and developing digital services under the extraordinary pressure of a full-scale war. Estonia brings its own remarkable experience in building a digital state, developing trusted public services and turning innovative ideas into practical solutions. When Ukrainian technological capacity meets Estonian experience, trust and access to the European market, ELEKS can create solutions that are valuable not only for Ukraine and Estonia, but for Europe and beyond. Volodymyr Boiechko Ambassador of Ukraine to Estonia About ELEKS. ELEKS is an international software engineering and IT consulting company founded in Ukraine in 1991, with its group headquarters located in Estonia. The company employs more than 2,000 specialists and operates approximately 20 offices across Europe, North and South America, and Asia. Its development centres are located in, among other countries, Ukraine, Poland, Croatia, Argentina and the United States. More than 500 ELEKS employees are shareholders in the company. ELEKS holds security and compliance certifications including ISO 27001, SOC 2, HITRUST, CREST and Cyber Essentials Plus. About ADM Interactive. The company develops web portals, self-service platforms and business-critical software solutions for public and private sector organisations in Estonia as well as international clients. ELEKS marks 35 years of engineering excellence.

ELEKS marks 35 years of engineering excellence. ELEKS marks 35 years by embedding AI across its entire delivery model, reaffirming its role as an AI-native engineering partner to global enterprises. Thirty-five years ago, we were one product. Today, we're an AI-native partner to global leaders and Fortune 500 enterprises across ten countries. Our commitment to excellence has not changed." - Andriy Krupa, CEO of ELEKS TALLINN, HARJU, ESTONIA, August 25, 2026 / EINPresswire.com / - ELEKS, a global software engineering and technology consulting company, today marks its 35th anniversary. The milestone traces the company's evolution from a single software product into a 2,300-strong engineering organisation working across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. Founded in 1991 by Oleksiy Skrypnyk and his son Oleksiy Skrypnyk Jr., ELEKS began with the launch of Dakar - a science-intensive software platform for power distribution systems across Eastern European markets. By 2016, it was operating in more than 20 power systems. What began as a product company grew into one of the leading software engineering and consulting firms in Europe, and then into an AI-native engineering partner. ELEKS has appeared on the IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 list for twelve consecutive years. It has also earned recognition for business achievement, software engineering and design innovation, and employer and workplace excellence in the region. ELEKS serves more than 120 active client accounts and has delivered over 1,500 end-to-end software projects. Many of those partnerships have run for more than 20 years. That longevity points to consistent delivery quality and sustained institutional trust. AI-native, by design ELEKS' AI capabilities span the full software lifecycle. Agentic development accelerates how code is written, tested, and shipped. LLMOps and ML pipelines turn client data into production-grade intelligence, not just prototypes. Generative AI and conversational systems are embedded directly into client-facing products, from personalisation engines to autonomous customer support. On active client engagements, AI-assisted development is already delivering up to 30% savings in development time - a number ELEKS expects to grow as its AI-native practices mature across every delivery team globally. This isn't a lab exercise. ELEKS' AI-native approach is already shipping in production for clients across banking, hospitality, healthtech, and enterprise software - turning fragmented data into real-time customer intelligence, automating decision-making at scale, and building the kind of AI-powered products that used to take specialist teams years to bring to market. Building a global business, one market at a time ELEKS' international growth has been deliberate and cumulative rather than sudden. The company won its first Western client in 1999 - an engagement now part of BNY Mellon - and built on that early trust with a Jersey-based consultancy partnership in 2001 and a Paperless Customs System for the States of Jersey in 2008, proving it could deliver complex, government-scale systems abroad. Expansion then became structural: UK operations opened in 2012, and by 2014 ELEKS had added multiple global leaders and Fortune 500 enterprises to its client portfolio. By 2018, the company had opened offices in Berlin, Chicago, and Toronto to bring delivery closer to clients. Growth continued even through the pandemic, with a new office in Ajman, UAE, in 2020. ELEKS operates offices across the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Japan, Croatia, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, serving more than 120 active clients. Several partnerships span 20+ years, reflecting a pattern of accounts that start small and grow alongside the client's own business. "Problem-solving, a focus on quality, seeking synergies with our clients, and a pursuit of innovation have brought us to this 35-year milestone. This milestone is an opportunity to reflect on what we've achieved together and to prepare for the changes ahead. Technologies, markets, and business models will evolve, but the engineering excellence principles that got us here will remain at the core of who we are and how we deliver value to our clients.", said Ruslan Seredyk, Chief Engineering Officer of ELEKS. The company's portfolio today spans custom software engineering, AI-native enterprise solutions, application modernisation, data engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. Across all of it, ELEKS is embedding AI into every stage of the software delivery lifecycle. On active client engagements, AI-assisted development is already saving up to 30% of development time. Looking ahead, ELEKS will expand its AI-native capabilities, deepen its industry expertise, and keep investing in engineering talent across its global network. The company reaffirms its commitment to long-term client partnerships and engineering excellence. About ELEKS ELEKS is a trusted partner for guaranteed software engineering excellence, quality, and transparency every step of the way. The company has provided expert software engineering and consultancy services for 35 years. Its talent pool of over 2,300+ specialists across Europe, the U.S., and the U.K. covers niches from custom development to product design and technology advisory, making it the partner of choice for many of the world's leading enterprises, SMEs, and technology challengers.
