Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Business, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing, ideally in an international B2B environment
  • Proven track record in building and scaling demand engines as well as leading global brand initiatives including rebranding
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket or original equipment at a tier 1 or tier 2 supplier
  • Strong expertise in branding and rebranding
  • Experience in developing and executing global campaign architectures and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Proficiency in defining KPIs, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous optimization
  • Language skills: Excellent English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
  • Brand Building and Corporate Identity: Build the brand program and Drive the continuous development and global consistency of the MANN+HUMMEL brand and corporate identity across all touchpoints. Ensure all visual, verbal, and experiential brand expressions adhere to defined guidelines, and evolve the brand framework to meet future business needs
  • Campaign Structure & Execution: Define and oversee the campaign architecture in alignment with brand strategy. Lead the planning and execution of global digital marketing campaigns that support thought leadership, product launches, making markets and capturing markets
  • Disciplinary Lead for Campaign and Event Execution: Act as the discipline lead for digital campaign execution and corporate events. Ensure alignment to marketing and business objectives, and guarantee high-quality, on-brand execution
  • Establish a Digital Demand Engine: Design and implement an end-to-end demand generation framework across paid, owned, and earned media channels. This includes creating a scalable and data-driven infrastructure to drive consistent and measurable pipeline growth
  • Marketing Enablement: Develop and roll out an enablement program to upskill teams across the company in modern marketing methods, tools, and best practices. Foster a marketing culture that empowers business units and regions to adopt the global framework
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure that all marketing and demand generation initiatives reinforce the global brand positioning and messaging. Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Employer Branding to maintain consistency
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Communications, and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure marketing strategies are business-relevant and drive revenue impact
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and establish performance dashboards for campaign and demand generation initiatives. Use data insights to optimize marketing activities continuously
  • Internal Agency Leadership: Lead the internal agency function, ensuring efficient and effective support for demand generation, creative development, and digital production

MANN+HUMMEL appoints Helena Hofer as interim CFO. MANN+HUMMEL announced the appointment of Helena Hofer as interim chief financial officer, in addition to her role as chief human resources officer, effective Feb. 3, 2026. Hofer succeeds Jurate Keblyte, who is leaving the company at her own request to pursue her career outside the company. Management Board Committee and strategic vision. In her combined role as CFO and CHRO, the company said Hofer is committed to driving MANN+HUMMEL's path toward the company's shared strategic vision, Leadership in Filtration, together with the other members of the Management Board Committee. "Helena Hofer has been with MANN+HUMMEL for several years now. She has been a well-established member of the Executive Leadership Committee as CHRO," said nonexecutive chairman Thomas Fischer. "Given her strong background in finance and track record with the company, she is furthermore well positioned to act as Chief Financial Officer and join our Management Board Committee." Keblyte leaves the company. "We are thankful for Jurate Keblyte's contributions and respect her decision to leave the company," said CEO Kurk Wilks. "I wish her all the best and much success for her upcoming endeavors. Visitors were introduced to the company's comprehensive OE and independent aftermarket portfolio, allowing them to see the full span of solutions available across multiple operating environments. From heavy-duty air filtration to specialised off-road components, the exhibit highlighted how MANN+HUMMEL continues to align global engineering with the needs of Indian customers. "We participate in Excon because this platform helps us connect our OE strength with our aftermarket offerings; it shows customers the complete range and the quality behind our brand," said Mr. Bhaskar V. Expanding Focus Toward Industrial and Off-Highway Segments While the company has traditionally enjoyed a strong presence in the commercial vehicle and passenger car segments, the next phase of growth is rooted in industrial and off-highway markets.
