Requirements
  • A communication degree at Bac+3 or higher is required.
  • At least one year of experience in communication and/or marketing is required.
  • At least one year of training or experience in communication and marketing is required.
  • Proficiency in written communication, including spelling, grammar, and syntax, is required.
  • Proficiency with the Windows environment is required.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Initiation in project management is required.
  • The candidate must be autonomous, creative, able to make proposals, and able to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Create and format print and digital communication materials.
  • Develop and manage the organization's social media channels.
  • Lead and carry out the redesign of the organization's YouTube channel.
  • Produce video content in various formats for the organization's social media channels.
  • Conduct photo and video shoots at the organization's farms and at internal and external events.
  • Monitor the latest developments in the sector and profession.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects in support of the Group's communications and marketing department and other departments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Training or experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally for at least one year.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Basic or advanced proficiency in Spanish.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
