Zafin named a Cool Vendor(TM) by Gartner(R) in Agentic AI for Banking.

Zafin named a Cool Vendor(TM) by Gartner(R) in Agentic AI for Banking. Zafin AIOS recognized in Gartner(R) Coolest Vendor Innovations in Agentic AI for Banking, Part 2, a report examining orchestration, governance and real-time assurance for enterprise-scale Agentic AI. As banks move agentic AI from pilots to enterprise-scale deployment, the challenge is shifting from what individual agents can do to how organizations govern, orchestrate and oversee agentic work across the enterprise. The Gartner research examines the growing operational complexity that comes with scaling agentic AI, including security, compliance, agent sprawl and cost. The report cites a Gartner survey in which 83% of banking technology leaders said they require additional technical controls to properly manage, govern and secure AI agents. From building agents to governing agentic work. Part 2 covers orchestration, governance and real-time assurance platforms that ensure all these agentic capabilities work together at scale, securely and with enterprisewide control. Within this context, Gartner examines Zafin AIOS. Rather than concentrating on agent creation or model access, Zafin AIOS provides an end-to-end agent orchestration platform and control plane for governed agentic work. Its model-agnostic architecture enables organizations to orchestrate work across agents, models, tools, workflows and systems, with human authority, cost controls and proof of work built into the work path. Zafin believe this reflects a broader shift in enterprise AI. As organizations deploy agents across increasingly critical workflows, building agents is only part of the challenge. Enterprises also need the operating infrastructure to govern how agentic work is authorized, executed, observed and controlled. "As agents take on more consequential work, organizations need more than visibility after the fact," said Shahir Daya, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Zafin. "They need to establish what agents are authorized to do, where human authority is required, what controls apply and how the work can be proven. Zafin AIOS was built to bring those requirements into the work path itself." For Zafin, being named a Cool Vendor(TM) by Gartner in Agentic AI for Banking comes at an important point in the evolution of agentic AI. As banks look to move beyond experimentation, orchestration, governance and proof will become increasingly important to turning agent activity into governed operating capacity. Zafin AIOS was built for that next phase: helping regulated institutions put AI agents to work without losing control. Zafin recognized on CNBC's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 list. July 22, 2026 Zafin has been recognized on CNBC's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 list in the Enterprise Fintech category for the second consecutive year. This recognition, presented by CNBC and Statista Inc., highlights the most innovative and influential fintech companies around the globe across eight market segments. Why this recognition matters. Zafin builds the infrastructure that regulated financial institutions rely on to modernize product and pricing, govern complex operations, and deliver on customer commitments at scale. Being recognized in the Enterprise Fintech category reflects its focus on the hard problems: auditability, complex integration, and controlled modernization for institutions where getting it right is non-negotiable. Two consecutive years on this list tells me Zafin is solving the right problems. The financial institutions Zafin serve are navigating real complexity, regulatory pressure, rising customer expectations, and the need to move faster without compromising control. Zafin build technology that makes that possible. What drives Zafin now is deepening that impact: serving more institutions, solving harder problems, and setting a new benchmark for innovation in regulated industries. Charbel Safadi, CEO, Zafin How CNBC chose the top fintech companies.
