Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
  • The ability to manage multiple geographic locations (both CONUS and OCONUS).
  • BA/BS degree (preferably Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related).
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Demonstration/Work Samples showing ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required (valid US passport for likely travel).
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a Facility Access Authorization by the U.S. Government's designated Security Office.
  • Must be able to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement if required.
Responsibilities
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget alongside the Project Manager.
  • Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with the U.S. military is desired.
