  • Experience in a private financing round or initial public offering.
  • A Master of Business Administration or Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
  • Proficiency with investor customer relationship management and market data platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ.

About the company

d-Matrix provides scalable, modular AI compute hardware and software for large datacenters, prioritizing energy efficiency and reduced data movement. Its core DIMC engine embeds compute directly into programmable memory, while a fabric of low-power chiplets delivers configurable compute resources and the accompanying software optimizes performance. This combination cuts data transfers and power use, aligning hardware design with memory-based computation for AI inference. The goal is to let large datacenters run AI workloads more efficiently at scale with customizable, modular compute platforms.

What believers are saying

  • Corsair entered full production on June 9, 2026, with priority-customer shipments starting.
  • September 10, 2026 NVIDIA partnership validates d-Matrix for rack-scale inference deployments.
  • Demo Cloud launched September 15, 2026, shortening enterprise evaluation cycles materially.

What critics are saying

  • Raptor remains pre-production until Q4 2027, leaving revenue dependent on Corsair.
  • d-Matrix still hides its custom DRAM foundry; volume failure kills Raptor economics.
  • NVIDIA can out-distribute d-Matrix inside MGX, compressing margins before 2027.

What makes d-Matrix unique

  • Corsair is shipping in volume since June 9, 2026, proving manufacturing execution.
  • d-Matrix’s DIMC architecture attacks inference data movement, not raw arithmetic throughput.
  • NVIDIA NVLink Fusion integration gives Raptor access to MGX racks and ecosystem.

d-Matrix launches Squadron AI inference clusters scaling to 1,024 chips, air-cooled

d-Matrix has launched Squadron, a fleet of multi-rack systems that run AI models at data center scale. The company unveiled it on October 12, 2026, at the OCP Global Summit in San Jose. Squadron scales up to 16 SquadRacks, with up to 1,024 Corsair XPUs. It is air-cooled and built on industry standards, so customers can use existing data centers without liquid cooling. d-Matrix built it with Arista, Broadcom, and Supermicro. Squadron is shipping to priority customers. Corsair servers and SquadRacks are now generally available. Chief executive officer Sid Sheth said d-Matrix ran Attention-FFN Disaggregation on Squadron paired with GPU servers. The setup produced 845 tokens per second per user, and 20,415 tokens per second for 64 users.
