Requirements
  • At least 2–4 current years of Service Advisor or Service Writer experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
  • A current driver's license.
  • A driving record acceptable to the company's current insurance carrier.
  • Proof of the minimum state-required insurance on the applicant's personal vehicle.
  • Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Ability to remain on one's feet for the majority of the workday.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
  • Greet every customer with hospitality and respect.
  • Present the best solution to properly repair the customer's vehicle.
  • Sell services consistently and effectively while maintaining honesty and integrity.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
  • Communicate professionally to build long-term relationships among the store, the employee, and the customer.
  • Represent the Christian Brothers Automotive mission through kindness, honesty, and integrity.
  • Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities according to customer needs and shop workload.
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
  • Assist other employees as needed.
  • Drive guests in the company shuttle.
