About the job
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, including at least one end-to-end implementation project and two support projects as a Solution Manager Functional Subject Matter Expert.
- Knowledge of Incident Management and Information Technology Service Management in Solution Manager.
- Knowledge of Change Request Management (ChaRM).
- Knowledge of managing Solution Manager projects and blueprints.
- Knowledge of integration with ARIS.
- Strong knowledge of Solution Manager features.
- In-depth configuration expertise in Incident Management and Information Technology Service Management features in Solution Manager.
- Configuration knowledge of Change Management (ChaRM), Project Management, Quality Gate Management, and integration with HP Application Lifecycle Management and ARIS.
- Experience as the Solution Manager Functional Subject Matter Expert in at least two Incident Management implementations.
- Experience with all aspects of Solution Manager implementation, including gathering requirements, designing the future-state operations solution, supporting testing, and post-implementation activities.
- Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap or blueprint development for Solution Manager.
- Extensive experience working in an onsite-offshore model.
- Analytical skills.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Coordinate onsite-offshore activities, including handover and takeover, tracking activities outside business hours, and offshore reporting.
- Provide Solution Manager support to SAP implementation teams, support teams, and internal customers or clients.
- Knowledge of the SAP Customer Relationship Management Service Module.
