Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a distributed team of workplace professionals
  • Collaborate and liaise with local leaders in each of our offices
  • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and projects
  • Support scaling of events and hospitality function within the Workplace strategic vision
  • Develop strategies to drive office engagement and team member satisfaction
  • Oversee and improve facilities management initiatives
  • Present ideas to improve services and event quality
  • Achieve cost savings and support at/below budget
  • Delivery of non-real estate projects such as refurbishments and improvements
  • Manage site-level budgets
  • Close partnership with the Real Estate teams and vendors
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in workplace operations
  • Infuse DEI practices into Peloton’s culture
