  • Experience managing a quality program across a portfolio of projects, including program-level metrics, audits, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of applicable industry standards, building codes, and testing and special inspection requirements across self-perform trades.
  • OSHA 30 certification is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency with construction quality management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong planning and technical writing skills, with the ability to translate contract, specification, and code requirements into clear, practical quality plans.
  • Ability to manage a quality program across multiple concurrent projects and changing priorities.
  • A data-driven approach to analyzing trends, root causes, and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to conduct training and presentations for project teams, leadership, and clients.
  • Sound judgment to identify program-level quality risks and recognize when quality, schedule, cost, or client commitments require escalation.
  • Ability to access and navigate offices and jobsites; able to lift 15 pounds occasionally and wear required personal protective equipment during jobsite visits.
Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the All 5's Quality Management Program in alignment with the Corporate Quality Management Plan, including standard procedures, forms, checklists, and metrics applicable to every self-perform trade.
  • Write self-perform quality plans for each trade, defining work-method requirements, material receiving and installation verification, tolerances, testing and inspection needs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop project-specific Quality Management Plans and Inspection and Test Plans during preconstruction and project start-up, tailoring trade quality plans to contract, specification, and client requirements, including hold and witness points, testing frequencies, and responsibilities.
  • Integrate quality planning into project and program schedules, defining when hold points, mock-ups, first-work inspections, third-party testing, special inspections, and owner and commissioning milestones must occur.
  • Participate in pursuits, estimating, and buy-out to identify quality requirements, scope gaps, testing and inspection costs, and quality staffing needs, and define QA/QC responsibilities with the General Contractor, trade partners, and testing agencies.
  • Align self-perform quality plans with client, General Contractor, and owner QA/QC programs, commissioning requirements, and documentation and turnover standards.
  • Hand off quality plans to project teams at start-up and set expectations with Project Managers and Superintendents responsible for executing field quality activities.
  • Plan and lead program-level quality audits to confirm project teams follow approved quality plans, and drive corrective action on audit findings.
  • Establish deficiency, nonconformance, and corrective and preventive action processes, and monitor closure and trends across the program.
  • Establish quality metrics and dashboards, including deficiency rates, first-time inspection pass rates, rework cost, test results, and punch-list closure, and report program performance and trends to the Executive Director of Safety, QA/QC, and All 5's leadership.
  • Analyze trends, root causes, and rework cost across projects and trades to prioritize program improvements.
  • Set program standards for testing, special inspection, and third-party agency coordination, and maintain relationships with testing agencies and inspectors.
  • Define quality documentation and record-retention standards, including inspection reports, test results, certifications, as-builts, and closeout and warranty documentation.
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs for project teams, Superintendents, Foremen, and craft employees on quality protocols, procedures, and lessons learned.
  • Capture lessons learned across projects and incorporate them into standard procedures, preconstruction planning, and future quality plans.
  • Represent the quality program to clients, General Contractors, owner representatives, and design teams during pursuits, interviews, and project reviews.
Desired Qualifications
  • Commercial construction and self-perform experience are strongly preferred.
  • Relevant industry quality, testing, or special inspection certifications are preferred, or required within a timeframe established by All 5's.

About the company

All 5's Construction builds structural concrete and installs specialty building systems as a subcontractor on commercial projects across Nevada, California and Arizona. General contractors hire it for defined trade packages, which it prices through detailed estimates and builds with its own field crews, from early planning through installation and warranty work. Beyond concrete, its groups install exterior cladding, specialty ceilings, waterproofing, and door, frame and hardware packages for commercial interiors. A fencing group handles temporary jobsite fencing and windscreens as well as permanent chain-link and ornamental fences. All 5's Construction is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada.

What believers are saying

  • Field crews work under union agreements: the company is a signatory subcontractor with six unions.
  • Summer 2027 internships are open: the Henderson Project Engineer intern role takes four-year construction management, civil or architectural engineering students.
  • Equipment adds another business line: its Equipment group rents aerial lifts, forklifts, heavy equipment and temporary power for projects.

What critics are saying

  • Fencing assistant superintendents get no overtime: the Henderson role is exempt and involves excessive jobsite heat and cold.
  • Showcased work leans on casino resorts: featured jobs include Hard Rock's Las Vegas Guitar Tower, M Resort and Durango Station.
  • Superintendent hiring favors seasoned leads: the Henderson concrete posting wants five to ten years as superintendent on large commercial projects.

What makes All 5's Construction unique

  • A dedicated group builds data center interiors: it installs raised access floors and hot and cold aisle airflow containment.
  • Concrete is its deepest record: the company cites over a million cubic yards placed and bonding capacity for large projects.
  • Door hardware is specified in house: a Registered Architectural Hardware Consultant on staff builds hardware schedules to design and budget.
