Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in web development, content operations, or digital project support, ideally at a digital agency, B2B SaaS, or cybersecurity company.
  • Experience with Webflow or similar content management system platforms, including WordPress, Contentful, Drupal, or Sitecore, with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to troubleshoot and customize page builds.

Responsibilities
  • Build, update, and maintain Vectra AI web pages in Webflow by translating wireframes, copy, and design into polished, responsive experiences, and support landing-page creation and content publishing across Digital Team campaigns.
  • Perform website quality assurance, testing, accessibility reviews, and other checks to identify issues before publication.
  • Partner with the SEO Manager to implement SEO and AEO recommendations across website content and digital experiences.
  • Partner with the Senior Web Developer, Brand, and Product Marketing to ensure pages meet brand, technical, and search requirements.
  • Review AI-assisted and AI-generated web work for accuracy, brand voice, and functionality before publication as the team’s primary quality checkpoint.
  • Partner with the Senior Web Developer to connect web and content tools to AI systems, such as via MCP, and flag access-level risks between read-only and read/write automation.
  • Build and refine quality-assurance checklists, documentation, and review processes, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks as routine build work shifts to AI-assisted workflows.
  • Grow into ownership of the content review process between AI-generated web work and Vectra AI’s published content.
  • Support reporting, audits, and documentation of processes and best practices to improve team scalability and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Digital, the SEO Manager, and the Senior Web Developer to support shared team priorities.
