Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Contract Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Relevant experience in contract management, project management, or acquisition support.
  • Thorough knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including acquisition planning, performance metrics, and deliverable preparation.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation and other relevant Government contracts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe).
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and adaptability.
Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end contract lifecycle support, including administration, acquisition planning, performance metrics evaluation, and financial assistance management.
  • Manage and coordinate technical and business operations across organizational entities, ensuring effective project planning, design, and execution within cost and schedule controls.
  • Conduct cost and price analysis to evaluate labor, direct/indirect costs, and deliverables to ensure compliance and value for the Government.
  • Oversee contract deliverables, ensuring proper preparation, dissemination, and adherence to requirements while performing other related duties as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, acquisition planning, or project management.
  • Demonstrated experience with Government contracts, including level-of-effort or support services contracts, is preferred.
  • Experience in financial assistance administration or cost analysis is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting standards and financial reporting principles.
  • Familiarity with Government funding mechanisms and budgetary processes.
  • Experience in proposal evaluation and negotiation techniques.
