Lifepoint Health

Multi-hospital healthcare provider network nationwide

Lifepoint Health operates a large network of hospitals and care sites, including community hospitals, rehabilitation and behavioral health facilities, and outpatient centers, to provide care across the health continuum. It delivers care through its Lifepoint Forward initiative, pursuing practical solutions to improve quality, expand access, and increase value for patients and communities.
