Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, public affairs, business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of professional technical writing, editing, or strategic communications experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify technical or policy information for executive and stakeholder audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a federal environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop communications materials supporting the enterprise innovation, research, and development strategy and related implementation activities.
  • Draft, edit, and format governance documents, decision memoranda, briefings, reports, meeting materials, fact sheets, and executive correspondence.
  • Maintain content on the client intranet and program website, Microsoft Teams sites, SharePoint sites, and other approved collaboration platforms.
  • Review PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat products for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance with client writing, branding, and communications guidance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
