Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with ERP and financial planning & budgeting software required
  • Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools is a plus (Alteryx, Tableau and Microsoft Power BI)
  • Specific business partnering experience with Global IT and/or Real Estate operations is a plus
  • A minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an FP&A role/Finance operations role, preferably in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance operations required
  • MBA or CPA preferred
Responsibilities
  • Review and track PO/Contract requests for assigned departments
  • Lease review and accounting
  • Provide detailed variance analysis of actual vs. budget/forecast
  • Collaborate with functional leaders in developing the Annual Budget, and financial forecasts, etc.
  • Prepare presentations and analyses for the leadership team
  • Contribute to FP&A monthly reporting and commentary as needed
  • Support management with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Provide analytical support and modeling for business cases of new investments, as needed
  • Create financial and operational dashboards
  • Contribute to Flagship’s finance systems projects as needed
  • Other ad hoc requests and projects.
