Requirements
  • A minimum Bachelor’s/Licence degree in accounting, payroll management, or an equivalent field is required.
  • A successful prior experience in accounting, ideally gained in a company or accounting firm, is required.
  • Knowledge of payroll or willingness to develop payroll skills is required.
  • Excellent proficiency with computer tools and accounting software is required.
  • The role requires analytical, organizational, prioritization, confidentiality, and discretion capabilities.
  • The candidate must be rigorous, organized, autonomous, able to work in a team, proactive, relational, and committed to work quality.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure general and subsidiary accounting.
  • Record routine accounting transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Check, record, and monitor supplier and customer invoices.
  • Prepare routine tax filings, including value-added tax filings.
  • Participate in monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Prepare the information required to produce the balance sheet in coordination with the chartered accountant.
  • Monitor cash flow.
  • Participate in account control and analysis.
  • Manage payroll components, including salary and contribution grids, leave, absences, hours worked, overtime, additional hours, and payroll variables.
  • Prepare and process payroll.
  • Prepare the DSN and event-based DSN filings.
  • Check the accuracy of social declarations.
  • Ensure all personnel-related obligations are fulfilled, including medical examinations and required postings.
  • Manage and prepare personnel documents, including employment contracts and amendments, dismissals and resignations, and final settlement documents.
  • Manage training activities administratively in coordination with the OPCO.
  • Administratively manage disciplinary sanctions decided by management when personnel misconduct is identified.

  • A Master’s degree, such as the DSCG or Master CCA, or an equivalent qualification, is preferred.
