- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Check, record, and monitor supplier and customer invoices.

- Prepare the information required to produce the balance sheet in coordination with the chartered accountant.
- Monitor cash flow.
- Participate in account control and analysis.
- Manage payroll components, including salary and contribution grids, leave, absences, hours worked, overtime, additional hours, and payroll variables.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Prepare the DSN and event-based DSN filings.
- Check the accuracy of social declarations.
- Ensure all personnel-related obligations are fulfilled, including medical examinations and required postings.
- Manage and prepare personnel documents, including employment contracts and amendments, dismissals and resignations, and final settlement documents.
- Manage training activities administratively in coordination with the OPCO.
- Administratively manage disciplinary sanctions decided by management when personnel misconduct is identified.
- A Master’s degree, such as the DSCG or Master CCA, or an equivalent qualification, is preferred.
