Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and related equipment, according to blueprints, schematics, and project requirements.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure work complies with the International Plumbing Code, local and state plumbing codes, and company safety policies.
Collaborate with project managers, apprentices, and other trades to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and work areas to support a safe and efficient work environment.
Document work performed, including time logs, material usage, and project progress reports.
Mentor and guide apprentices or less experienced team members, including training them on plumbing techniques and safety protocols.
