Requirements
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams.
  • Experience in HR systems or HR IT, ideally as a key user, administrator, or implementation specialist.
  • Understanding of payroll and time-management processes and how they interact with HR systems.
  • Interest in digitally developing HR processes and continuously optimizing systems.
  • Experience handling interfaces, data, and system landscapes, including collaboration with IT and external partners.
  • Structured, data-oriented, and solution-focused working style, with the ability to maintain oversight of complex topics.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the cross-location HR Systems & Payroll team of four direct reports and support their professional and personal development.
  • Ensure efficient, high-quality payroll with the team, collaborating closely with internal and external partners and potentially handling part of the payroll processing.
  • Own the Workday HR core system and Infoniqa payroll/time system as key user, covering administration, customization, and strategic development.
  • Drive digitalization and continuous optimization of HR processes and the systems landscape.
  • Coordinate interfaces between HR, IT, and external partners to ensure the systems work together smoothly.
  • Continuously develop time-management and payroll processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Coordinate the HR contribution to group-wide personnel budgeting, act as the interface with controlling, and provide the underlying data.
  • Prepare and process target agreements.
