Requirements
  • A Bac +3 to Bac +5 qualification in Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment (QHSE).
  • A first professional experience or significant internships in food-industry quality or an equivalent field.
  • Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
  • Awareness of social and environmental issues.
  • Proficiency in regulations applicable to the food industry.
  • Proficiency in office and document-management tools.
  • Knowledge of audit procedures and quality risk-analysis tools, and preferably corporate social responsibility risk-analysis tools.
  • Basic knowledge of export-file management.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct regulatory and standards monitoring.
  • Control product quality by monitoring procedures, inspections, and quality indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with food-safety rules and monitor their application.
  • Manage supplier relationships within quality requirements and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Supervise quality documentation and keep it up to date.
  • Prepare technical files required for inspections, audits, or requests from authorities.
  • Manage laboratories, audit or inspection companies, and regulatory-monitoring providers within the associated annual budget.
  • Train, support, and raise team awareness of quality, hygiene, and food-safety best practices.
