Requirements
  • Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed.
  • Keep supplies and amenities organized and minimize waste.
  • Communicate with other departments according to hotel procedures.
  • Wear the required uniform.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain guest rooms to the required standards and help make rooms special and memorable for guests.
  • Assist guests with requests such as providing a toothbrush or directions.
  • Update the supervisor on room-service progress and report repairs needed.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping supplies and amenities, minimizing waste throughout housekeeping areas.
  • Report, turn in, and/or log lost-and-found items according to established procedures.
  • Work with the team and coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service.
  • Regularly assist with deep-cleaning projects as needed.
  • Perform turndown duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
