Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 5 years of progressive technical experience in digital shelf management, with demonstrated impact on SEO, product detail page conversion improvement, organic visibility, and/or AI search outcomes.
  • Deep experience with digital shelf tools such as Salsify, Profitero, Syndigo, Stackline, and Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.
  • Experience with structured content, metadata, taxonomy, and digital asset management and product information management platforms.
  • Ability to commute to the Chicago-based office three days per week.
  • Ability to triangulate consumption trends with digital shelf and clickstream analytics.
Responsibilities
  • Lead product content publishing and syndication across retailer websites including Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, Kroger, Instacart, Albertsons, and Thrive.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, images, enhanced content, attributes, ratings and reviews, and nutritional information.
  • Define and drive structured content standards, including metadata, taxonomy, and schema, to enable scalable content reuse, consistency, and optimization across digital asset management, product information management, and content management system ecosystems.
  • Leverage digital shelf analytics and competitive audits to inform the SEO and GEO roadmap, including product titles, descriptions, feature bullets, and keywords.
  • Support the development and execution of A+ content and onsite brand shops in partnership with the commerce marketing manager and brand teams.
  • Drive digital shelf and GEO performance through analytics, competitive benchmarking, and rapid testing of evolving SEO, GEO, and agentic capabilities.
  • Lead periodic reporting and analysis covering content health, content accuracy, holistic share of search, availability, and ratings and reviews.
  • Onboard new digital analytics platforms to augment the existing technology stack and broaden visibility into online traffic and conversion performance.
  • Deliver executive-level performance insights and analytics support for product detail page test-and-learn plans.
  • Lead agentic commerce capability development to improve brand discovery and consideration at scale.
  • Ensure structured content, metadata, and workflows enable scalable optimization across product listing pages within eCommerce platforms.
