  • Enrolled in an accredited US-based university (working towards a Bachelor’s degree) with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026
  • Must be returning to school for at least one quarter or semester after the internship
  • Have no more than 12 months of professional full-time work experience (excluding internships and research assistant roles)
  • Must be willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area and be available to work in the San Francisco HQ office
  • Must be attending a US-based university for positions in the US
  • Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2025
  • Some experience building software in a non-academic setting (internship, hackathon, relevant projects, etc.)
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems/Technology Management, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Data Analytics, or have a demonstrated interest in IT, business processes, or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and general collaborative enterprise software. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Airtable, Google Sheets) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
  • Initiate onboarding requests in Venminder and Ironclad, track approvals, and ensure completion of required documentation
  • Update supplier records and project records in Airtable with contract dates, key contacts, performance metrics, and other key information
  • Generate monthly reports on supplier performance, contract renewals, and spending
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding supplier lifecycle activities
  • Onboard new suppliers and manage renewals for low risk suppliers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a chargeback model within SoFi
  • Drive lead-time reduction in supplier lifecycle activities, namely supplier onboarding and supplier renewals
