- At least 2 years of high-end service experience as a Server, Captain, or Sommelier in a fine-dining environment is highly preferred.
- Strong foundational knowledge of food, wine, and spirits.
- CMS certification or WSET Level 1 or higher is a major plus.
- Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
- Must have a valid RBS Card, reliable transportation, and be at least 18 years old.
- Maintain seamless table service.
- Use beverage knowledge to guide the guest experience.
- Ensure every detail of service, from the first pour to the final crumb, is handled carefully.
- Continued education reimbursements are available for WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, and pastry certifications.
