  • Advanced knowledge of information technology manufacturers and their programs, with the ability to support enterprise clients.
  • Experience with Manufacturer Special Pricing Letters for enterprise clients.
  • Understanding of top information technology manufacturers' products, tools, websites, and lead times, with the ability to navigate their tools and programs.
  • Team leadership skills, including the ability to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Exposure to information technology purchasing in a large enterprise environment and knowledge of client experiences.
  • Strategic planning skills with the ability to leverage resources.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a region of Client Experience team members.
  • Coordinate the onboarding efforts for new clients by assisting the sales organization with internal processes and requirements for account relationship implementation.
  • Handle escalations related to client support from Account Executives, Inside Account Managers, Client Success Specialists, and Advisors sent to the Onboarding Team.
  • Own the client onboarding checklist and hold parties accountable for their assigned portions.
  • Coordinate onboarding discovery calls and specialized training sessions for Enterprise Account Executives and Inside Account Managers.
  • Maintain and update onboarding checklists and process documents.
  • Communicate changes to client onboarding processes and requirements.
  • Manage the Client Experience Team by providing ongoing feedback, managing disciplinary actions, and completing annual performance evaluations with team lead feedback.
  • Hire additional headcount to maintain adequate business support.
  • Approve time-off requests and ensure timely and accurate completion of biweekly timecards for payroll processing.
  • Implement and monitor Performance Improvement Plans to provide low performers with additional training or tutoring.
  • Onboard new team members by mentoring them, answering questions, providing resources, and scheduling applicable training.
  • Create and deliver training and educational materials for internal departments and external clients.
  • Provide content for training documents and videos.
  • Create user training manuals, documents, and videos with the Marketing department for clients and sales or operations teams.
  • Schedule screen-sharing sessions and group trainings for commonly needed topics.
  • Participate in ongoing process-improvement initiatives representing unique Connection Enterprise process needs.
  • Ensure applicable departmental processes comply with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

Gross profit increased 14.3% to $157.5 million, with gross margin expanding 30 basis points to 18.4%. President and CEO Timothy McGrath attributed the performance to customers' increasing focus on enterprise technology as they operationalise AI. The company's board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on 28 August 2026.

PC Connection chairman sells 14,000 shares for $998,000
