Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience administering, supporting, and developing ArcGIS applications.
  • 5-10 years of experience administering and supporting ArcFM applications.
  • Strong development experience with Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, and .NET (C#).
  • Proven experience deploying and administering ArcGIS Enterprise, including Portal and Server.
  • Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and service publishing.
  • Ability to collaborate across server, security, database administration, and infrastructure teams.
  • Ability to understand requirements and independently support enterprise applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Desktop/ArcMap, Esri ArcMap, ArcGIS Server administration, ArcGIS Server and Portal, ArcFM, enterprise GIS and database project administration and testing, ArcGIS and ArcSDE software maintenance, application administration, and application troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support for ArcGISFM-based Enterprise GIS applications.
  • Develop and implement minor enhancements using Python, AngularJS, the ArcGIS JavaScript API, and ASP.NET (C#).
  • Support Landbase GIS applications, including new development and troubleshooting.
  • Deploy and administer ArcGIS Enterprise Portal and Server.
  • Administer ArcGIS Server sites, user roles, and privileges.
  • Publish GIS services and manage access controls.
  • Perform system monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Coordinate with server, security, database administration, and infrastructure teams.
  • Provide ticket status updates to client subject-matter experts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by enterprise GIS end users.
  • Document best practices and share lessons learned with the broader team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Utility industry experience in electric, gas, or energy environments.
  • Windows Server administration experience.
  • FME Suite experience supporting regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
  • Tier 1, 2, and 3 support experience.
  • Second-level customer support experience.
  • Solutions architecture experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
