Glenveagh Properties is a homebuilder in Ireland. It focuses on delivering homes in three main areas: suburban houses, urban apartments, and projects with local authorities and state agencies. Its product is built through an assembled landbank and an integrated supply chain, allowing homes to be planned, designed, built, and marketed in a way that is more predictable and easier for customers. The company aims to bring high-quality, affordable homes to growing Irish communities by improving how homes are planned and built and by making the buying journey transparent and simple. Glenveagh differentiates itself with its emphasis on supply-chain integration, partnerships with public bodies, and a disciplined growth plan to deliver thousands of homes per year. Its long-term goal is to provide access to great-value homes for as many people as possible, targeting ongoing growth to deliver over 3,000 homes annually in the future.
