- Coordinate ongoing order processing with customers, field sales, technical teams, back office, warehouse, and shipping companies.
- Independently handle commercial responsibilities.
- Manage internal ordering, warehouse dispatch planning, and material logistics.
- Process returns electronically and handle customer equipment service.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
