About the company

University Partners acquires, develops and runs student housing communities in college markets across the United States. Its investment and property teams work together, using local market data to choose buildings and prepare a business plan before a purchase closes. The business combines ownership with day-to-day leasing, maintenance and resident service, so it oversees both the real estate investment and the experience of students living there. Its development services also support communities as they open and fill their apartments, with operating reviews built into the investment process. University Partners was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
