Perform residential drain-cleaning work in a clean, professional, and efficient manner.
Build and present options ethically for repairs and permanent solutions.
Work respectfully with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operations for complete and incomplete jobs.
Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities.
Maintain the company-provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools, and shop equipment.
Diagnose, install, repair, and service residential drainage systems while providing customer service.

A Drain Cleaning Technician at Hero is responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and servicing residential drainage systems while providing world class customer experiences and craftmanship.
