Pipeline360 is a B2B demand generation company that helps ambitious marketing teams build and convert pipeline at scale. We’re remote-first, PE-backed, and operate across the US, UK, Singapore, and India. We’ve been doing this for nearly two decades — and we’re still rewriting how B2B growth works.
*This role is expected to be in the office frequently with some remote flexibility. While our teams are not in the office 5 days a week, the expectation is to collaborate and engage in person often.
Life at Pipeline360
We’re a global team supporting global clients, which means we’ve had to be intentional about how we work together. Async is the default. We lead with curiosity and initiative. If you prefer to be told what’s on your to-do list every day, this won’t be the right fit. But if you thrive when you’re trusted to own your work, you’ll find your people here.
We’re PE-backed and in a pivotal phase, which means real momentum and real accountability. The work matters and the pace reflects that. You’ll have access to senior leadership, your voice will be heard, and what you contribute matters.
Our team is built by people who think clearly, act decisively, and hold themselves to high standards. We value direct communication, collaboration without politics, and trust over micromanagement. We take the work seriously but create space to bring our authentic selves to work every day.
