Junior Assembly Operator
About the job
- Completed vocational technical training (Formación Profesional) in a technical field such as mechanics or mechatronics.
- Proficiency with standard mechanical tools, including torque wrenches and screwdrivers, and basic knowledge of fastening properties.
- Fluent Spanish is required.
- Assemble, test, and install specialized production-scale plasma reactor equipment under the supervision of senior technicians and engineers.
- Commission and operate new assembly lines in Zaragoza, adapting to evolving manufacturing layouts and processes to support high-volume production.
- Maintain high quality standards and consistent performance to meet demanding production deadlines according to coordinator guidelines.
- Consistently apply Best Known Methods and work standards learned during training to ensure equipment reliability.
- Support the implementation of new equipment designs and modifications on the factory floor by collaborating with the local team.
- Up to one year of practical experience in a relevant environment such as manufacturing, assembly, or maintenance.
- Experience with pneumatic systems, such as VCR connections, pumps, or sensors.
- Knowledge of English.
