Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Interactive Entertainment, or similar field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years' progressive experience as an assistant or in a supportive role
  • Experience at a Gaming, Fintech or E-commerce organization would be a plus
  • Strong communicator, enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders and counterparts
  • Previous experience and/or an interest in pursuing a career in business development and sales is a plus
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Google Workspace, and quick to learn new applications (Salesforce or other CRM, Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Looms, Concur, etc.)
  • Eager to take on new projects and assist with operations as needed
  • Strong customer service/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a significant workload, prioritize projects autonomously, and manage time effectively
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role when required
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% (domestic and international)
  • General gaming industry knowledge (preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high flexibility
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong command of the English language
Responsibilities
  • Performing various administrative tasks with a high level of competency
  • Managing complex calendars and coordinating meeting arrangements and travel plans
  • Engaging with counterparts and external partners to maintain communication
  • Composing emails, letters, and other correspondence with extreme confidentiality
  • Working independently and managing executive activities
  • Assisting with special projects and complex assignments
  • Preparing various documents, reports, and memos
  • Coordinating events and conducting research
  • Traveling as needed
