About the role

Wind Technician IIIwillleadtroubleshooting, project scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, inspection, and operations on a U.S. wind site. Will lead and/orassistin large and small projectcorrective campaigns. Leads andmentors field crews, and ensureshigh standard of quality, health and safety, andtechnicalability to all project tasks.Assistproject management in leadership tasks when necessary.This role requires deep wind industry experience and strong leadership skills. 

This is a NON Travel, Local Site Role, located in Goodwell OK- Vestas 2MW Platform -Exp Required

WhatYou’llDo:

• Diagnose and resolve complexturbineand equipmentissues. 

• Mentor and supervise junior and mid-level technicians. 

• Ensurework is performedin accordance withallhealth, safety, and environmentalregulations. 

• Assistin coordination withtechniciansand site leadershiptomaintainprojectgoals, schedules, and tracking. 

• Communicate issues and solutionsconciselyto leadership. 

• Participate in company and project health, safety and environmental, meetings,briefingsand documentation requirements. 

• Document accurately, all serviceactivityincluding parts/materials consumption, detailed taskexplanations,and task start and stop times using digital reporting systems. 

• Adheres to, supports, and enforces all company policies. 

• Build andmaintainpositive relationships with clients, peers, and managers at the company and projects.  

• Work with InventoryControlto make sure projects are supplied properly with parts and consumables 

• Able toparticipateand respondinan On-Call 24/7/365 rotation schedule. 

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor 

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in wind turbine field service 

• Vestasplatform experience, LOTO, and certifications preferred (V100 & V110) 

• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills 

• Strong understanding of wind turbine systems and safety protocols. 

• Comfortableclimbing to andworking at heights, confined spaces, and in outdoor environments 

• Able to work on call for site coverage  

• Valid driver’s licenseandgood drivingrecord 

• Willingness to travel from time to time for training or to assist on other projects. 

• Willingness to train and mentor other employees. 

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 

• Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug test. 

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

This role requires regular work at heights, confined spaces, physical stamina, and the ability to work a rotational on call schedule. Applicants must adhere to site safety practices and perform in variable outdoor environments. 

Travel:

As needed for training and toassiston other projects if necessary.
