About the job

Requirements
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, ideally within the proposal process; backgrounds such as marketing coordinator, marketing manager, or business development are a strong fit.
  • At least 4 years in a client- or prospect-facing role managing multiple complex accounts.
  • At least 2 years as a customer success manager managing the full client lifecycle in business-to-business software as a service with a technical product.
  • Ability to develop relationships and communicate with C-level and executive stakeholders through executive or quarterly business review meetings.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required and lead on-site client meetings.
  • Ability to develop and maintain product expertise across OpenAsset DAM and Shred, including staying current on new features and use cases as the products evolve.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for new clients from kickoff through onboarding, adoption, and early nurturing.
  • Drive predictable time-to-value by establishing clear onboarding goals, milestones, and timelines.
  • Prepare clients for each onboarding stage by setting expectations, driving accountability, and ensuring readiness for data work, configuration steps, and training.
  • Lead training, change management, and best-practice guidance to support early adoption across OpenAsset DAM and Shred.
  • Create and manage onboarding success plans and supporting documentation focused on enablement, outcomes, and adoption; technical project plans remain owned by Solution Architects.
  • Facilitate regular onboarding check-ins, track progress, manage risk, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with client project managers, champions, and executive sponsors to ensure clarity and alignment during and after onboarding.
  • Provide product guidance, workflow recommendations, and industry best practices tailored to AEC use cases across OpenAsset DAM and Shred.
  • Help clients understand the value and use cases of key modules, features, and integrations to drive early wins, including digital asset management and organization in OpenAsset DAM and AI-powered proposal and pursuit workflows in Shred.
  • Develop and maintain deep product expertise in both platforms so clients receive consistent guidance.
  • Maintain roadmap fluency for both platforms and run targeted campaigns to re-engage clients when features they expressed interest in become available.
  • Work alongside Solution Architects, who own technical discovery, migrations, integration setup, and configuration tasks.
  • Collaborate on onboarding calls to combine Solution Architect-led technical execution with Customer Success Manager-led enablement and adoption guidance.
  • Coordinate with Support Engineers and Solution Architects to resolve issues quickly and keep onboarding timelines on track.
  • Learn internal tools built by the AI Center of Excellence to assist with onboarding configuration tasks such as template mapping, headshot linking, and eventually file migration.
  • Serve as the first line of troubleshooting for non-service support tickets, escalating to Solution Architects or Support Engineers when deeper technical intervention is needed.
  • Manage client expectations through transparent communication, progress reporting, and proactive stakeholder management across multiple contacts.
  • Facilitate structured biweekly onboarding project workshops and ensure clients know what is happening next.
  • Transition clients to long-term lifecycle rhythms after onboarding and time-to-value milestones are achieved while remaining their dedicated Customer Success Manager.
  • Monitor early health indicators and address risks before they affect adoption or satisfaction.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify and nurture expansion opportunities after clients achieve early value, including cross-selling OpenAsset DAM and Shred.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue teams to advocate for customer needs and improve onboarding stages, key performance indicators, tools, and workflows.
  • Surface insights from early lifecycle interactions to drive product improvements or process enhancements.

OpenAgent becomes first SEC-registered transfer agent built natively for tokenised securities

OpenAssets has launched OpenAgent, the first SEC-registered transfer agent built specifically for tokenized asset markets. The announcement follows recent SEC guidance permitting transfer agents to maintain shareholder records on-chain for tokenized securities. Unlike legacy transfer agents adapting to blockchain technology, OpenAgent integrates directly with blockchain infrastructure whilst maintaining institutional-grade compliance for regulated digital assets. The platform supports tokenized equities, fund shares, alternative assets and digital currencies requiring institutional administration. Founded in 2026, OpenAssets built OpenAgent on an architecture ensuring interoperability with existing custody, clearing and settlement systems. The company aims to provide real-time posting, automated controls and audit transparency for regulated markets operating on-chain, eliminating legacy batch processing and manual reconciliation whilst maintaining required compliance frameworks.
