Requirements
  • You have 5+ years in growth at a product-led company.
  • You have improved retention, not just top-of-funnel growth.
  • You have strong data skills using Amplitude or Mixpanel; SQL is a plus.
  • You are comfortable influencing and championing product decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Define and instrument the core “aha” moment.
  • Identify friction in onboarding and core workflows.
  • Run structured experiments weekly.
  • Partner with design and engineering to ship improvements.
  • Analyze cohorts and behavioral segments.
  • Model lifetime value and help set customer acquisition cost guardrails.
  • Build a growth roadmap based on constraints, not opinions.
  • Own onboarding, activation, invite loops, friction, churn diagnostics, and the experimentation roadmap.
  • Work directly with Design and Engineering to improve activation, retention, and monetization.
