Oviva closes €200 million Series D for AI-supported healthcare. With one of the largest Series D rounds in Digital Health, Oviva aims to treat chronic diseases earlier, digitally, and scalably. Berlin-based digital health company Oviva has completed a Series D funding round of €200 million. The round consists of primary and secondary capital and is led by Kinnevik. Other investors include Planet First Partners, A.P. Moller Holding, Lunate, EGS Beteiligungen AG, Norrsken VC, as well as existing investor Sofina. Oviva is a European provider of digital, reimbursable therapies for obesity and chronic diseases. This funding ranks among the largest growth rounds in the European digital health sector in recent years. Expansion into additional chronic indications planned. With the fresh capital, Oviva aims to expand its care offerings beyond obesity. Further participants in the series D round are Planet First Partners, A.P. Moller Holding, Lunate, EGS Beteiligungen AG, Norrsken VC. The financing will support Oviva in meeting growing demand, expanding into additional markets and chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes, as well as further advancing its AI-supported platform.
