Cleo provides support for working parents and caregivers by partnering with employers to enhance employee benefits. Their programs focus on parental leave, return-to-work strategies, and ongoing family care, aiming to improve the well-being of working families. Cleo's services help reduce stress for parents, leading to higher employee retention and productivity. For example, 92% of members return to work after parental leave, which is significantly higher than the national average. The company charges subscription fees to employers, which are justified by the positive outcomes of their programs, such as lower cesarean birth rates and improved employee satisfaction. Cleo's goal is to transform the experience of being a working family into a competitive advantage for both employees and employers.
