- A completed, very good full-time master's degree, for example in business administration, business informatics, digitization, data science, human resources management, or work and organizational psychology.
- A strong interest in Generative AI, machine learning, HR technology applications, technological trends, and future-oriented HR processes.
- The ability to communicate at a professional negotiating level in English and German.
- The ability to build interdisciplinary relationships and create human-centered solutions at the intersection of human resources and information technology.
- The ability to challenge existing processes, develop innovative Generative AI applications, and implement HR tools from idea to execution.
- A willingness to learn quickly, grow professionally and personally, and assume responsibility.
- Rotate through different human resources areas in Germany and internationally during an intensive 12–24-month program.
- Help shape HR technology strategies and further develop future-oriented HR processes.
- Bring Generative AI solutions, such as chatbots and automated analyses, into human resources practice.
- Work with international teams, information technology specialists, and a personal mentor.
- Lead projects and implement HR tools to improve candidate and employee journeys, processes, quality, and innovation.
- Develop an understanding of strategic and operational human resources in a global technology company.
- Practical experience with artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, or DALL·E, or with programming languages.
- An MBA or PhD.
- At least three months of international experience.
