About the job
- At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, consulting, or industrial engineering.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or an equivalent continuous-improvement track record.
- Experience building financial business cases for capital projects.
- Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Run plant diagnostics, including value stream mapping, Overall Equipment Effectiveness baselines, bottleneck analysis, and waste analysis.
- Build make-or-buy and return-on-investment/capital-expenditure analyses for automation and digital investments.
- Redesign factory floor layouts and material flow for automated operations.
- Develop a phased transformation roadmap and executive presentations.
- Lead organizational change management with plant leadership and the workforce.
- Background in Big Four or boutique manufacturing consulting.
- Prosci change management certification.
- Experience with layout simulation tools such as FlexSim or Plant Simulation.
